Digital circuit modelling with Hardware Description Languages (HDLs) is the key to modern design of integrated circuits and embedded systems. In this course, students are expose to advanced digital system design and apply an HDL-based CAD approach. This course will address the main features of HDLs that support the design of combinational and sequential logic, and it emphasizes synthesizable model. The work is assessed by final examination, test and course work which included set of individual assignments and group project.
